Letter of Offer

Congratulations! You have found the property you were looking for.

The next step is to communicate your interntion to buy the property for a certain price. For this, you give the seller a letter of offer. A letter of offer is not a contract.

No offer is deemed to be accepted by the Vendor/s until a Contract in the form of the standard Society of Appraisers and Auctioneers Contract Note is duly signed by both the Vendor and by the Purchaser.

There may be other offers being submitted and it is the vendor’s decision to accept or reject an offer. We advise that you put forward your best offer for the property.

To help in the process of securing the property you want, we have a standard document to help you put in writing the offer you intend to make for the property. Putting offers in writing leaves no room for error or misinterpretation and protects both the buyer and purchaser.
